Thanks so much for this video, same model, same problem, broken hook- your vid made it super easy to diagnose & fix, only thing I did extra was drill a 1.5mm hole first before fitting the screw- didn’t want casing to split - can’t thank you enough !!!

Thank you as well, just experienced the same problem, applied the same fix and works like a charm now. Only thing I struggled a bit with is getting the electrical module off the door and putting it back, you need a bit of patience there. Seems this is a recurring issue with this model, guess plastic fatigue and poor design is to blame - I agree they could have fitted a few screws to hold the board in place.

Just amazing... exact copy of problem and fix-.. 1 scew and all worked.. . i had no problem with rest of the machine.. just that the connectors needed to be tighted down.. looks like they deliberty broke 1 of the plastic that hold it down, so it loosed and we buy new machine.. dang sneaky people

I had the same problem in the same dishwasher. Broken hooks and a problem with starting the dishwasher. I glued the plate to the hot glue case for the first time, but it didn't last long. Today I also screwed on a screw.
