I love this car. It's the best car I've ever had, including my two Toyota Celicas, two Kia's, (Soul and the hybrid Optima), my 1998 BMW 328i, and my 2022 Toyota Prius. I got sick and tired of paying for gas. Thanks Brandon! I just got this SUV a week ago and it's amazing. There's a free charging station at the LA Zoo but I charge it at home and after a week noticed that I can maintain on average between 84% to 100% constantly. I understand the frustration of not being able to find available charging stations but for me it's never a problem. I don't really know what all the fuss is about. I don't understand what the display means whenever I brake and it says something like returning charge with symbols like W, SE, 100% etc., what is that? I didn't know about the windows so that's nice to know. I've never driven at night so I wonder what the different color schemes look like at night. And my Apple CarPlay keeps cutting out whenever I plug in the phone to charge. My Pandora freezes when I plug in my phone. What do you think my solution? Thanks for the video!

I would recommend not charging above 80% if you want to keep the life of the battery. These batteries aren’t meant to be kept at a full charge.

@@qxz9p that’s what I hear. But I usually don’t drop below 75% because I charge at home for free! I haven’t been to a gas station since August 2023 and today is January 10, 2024. Though I am deeply concerned about what I hear on how these EVs are made, including child labor. That bothers me.

Charge at least once or twice a month to 100%, very recommended by experts. That's what I do, and my Mach-E is doing great 👍🏾

There's a button near the dome light in front that turns this on/off. The icon looks like a light with a door, I think it will have an amber LED indicator when the dome light auto-activating is disabled.

Where did you get the back pad for your seat? I’m an Uber driver and have been using a lumbar cushion but in turn pushed me forward. Would love to heave the back pad and something for my head to keep my back and head comfortable.

Stop the BS, watch the video. It showcases wireless remote window roll and more. Don’t pretend you already know. But if you did, good on you. However, 30k of everyone else didn’t or are just researching a car to purchase.

I've driven one for 2 years - not a GT - this is how I know about the settings. Window roll was the only thing I saw that might qualify as hidden. The rest was just a walk through the on-screen settings.@@HotshotTek

What is the button for on the charge port?

The button in the center of the charging indicator light (blue circle) is to stop charging. When DC fast charging this button should be pressed BEFORE disconnecting the charging cable from the car. Literally high voltage. You have to tell it to stop charging before it will release and you can remove the charger.

There was a test drive Electric cars close by. They had 7 different total electric and one hi-brad. All the new 2024s except Ford had a real time power usage meter. As you accelerate. The meter shows the power used. When You decelerate It shows power going back into your battery. Why is there an option to change the volume of the radio as you accelerate. That use to be to over power the engine noise as you accelerate. Electric do not make any noise.

One of the most boring sowtware in the market. Would expect something better for such an expensive car. Not warming-up pump, not warming of high voltage batery when going to charge to allow the car to charge faster, no led strips on doors and dashboard, boring back console, no warming on the back seats, delay on the bluetooth audio when watching a video on the phone, really hard shock absorber....

@@RevelCris Take a look to the BYD Atto3. A car for half price of this one. The software, both in the app and in the car. Waaaay much better than this one. With way much details and options. Search for the interior LED light funtions so you can see. Suspention? much better. That thing can even turn the screen 180 degree man. Even google map when you dont use the other funtions goes full screen wide😂. Its not for talking bad bout the Mustang I have one. I know what Im saying
