Thanks for the review!!. The box presentation is very cool but it sucks that DeLorean is exactly the same as the premium. I expected more variation from the ones that have been released. I pay 90 with shipping for 2 sets. Now I see all I pay for was cardboard. It really is a let down

MDC, I'm not even the least bit surprised here. They could've at least retooled the original DeLorean to have side mirrors. It's nice that they did add them on the 'new' DeLorean but the car itself looks like the Lucid Air. Considering how long these 'made to order' sets take to arrive, this particular set is simply not worth the money.

I forgot I even ordered this lol, they take so long to come... the box is interesting! The presentation is awesome too! Cool to display. Also, the Alpha V really looks like a Lucid Air. I hope the Alpha makes it into mainlines.

It's going to be a mainline car for a case next year. It's been confirmed on two or three update diecast cars channels.

They are business, they made large profit margin on this one... I didn't buy bc I could tell I will be paying for the packaging. Expect the updated Delorean to be a car culture in a year.

Maybe car with cool opening doors,😮trunk,lights, hood,Hw w/moving parts over all special edition all new casting and low mintage production would certainly make it special JUST SAYING

I haven't received mine yet but had ordered 2. Probably a mistake! Definitely overpaid. Mattel got me on this one as they have with several others in the past.

I like the mostly (other than the embossed red foil logo) classic-style card with Old Number 5 and Cannonade alongside the DeLorean DMC-12 but it's really the shipping cost from the United States to Canada (Ottawa) that nixed any chance that I'd buy this set, plus the modern DeLorean Alpha V doesn't look "DeLorean" enough to really interest me. I don't have a premium version of the non-Time Machine DMC-12 but, for less money, I could probably just buy one or other of the Boulevard versions (either 2012 or 2021).

I know I should have written this for days ago when I watch it. But I was thinking if you want the best Delorean. You have to buy 19 annual collectors Nationals the door open and it’s hand polished stainless steel cost more to make and what it sold for. I heard it dearest hot wheels ever made

RLC is getting to be a rip off. $30 key chains. $200 stupid looking "artsy fartsy" bs with holes in it. Repeats. Poor quality moving parts. Appalling lack of chrome for the money. Most of my resources are into premiums now. RLC has gone down hill in the past couple of years. Yes, they have made some awesome cars ... but with the crazy production numbers and overpriced pretty packaging, it's not worth it on most pieces for me ... I'd rather put my money into something older with 10,000 or less made. And I guess that's fine, except ... it's not the newer castings. anyway. just my ramble. great channel thanks Phil.

Well now you know why it wasn’t a big seller. Kind of a rip off. It’s ALPHA FIVE, not ALPHA V. Its a Roman numeral. On another note,,YES please do a part 3 of your room tour with your Mini GT cars!

If you had used your xacto knife, you could have slit the bottom of the blister, folded it up and removed the car without destroying the card!
