I'm guessing that ever since the Wesker incident, it's either Jill left BSAA because she doesn't want to turn her back (probably leave the entire work itself) or BSAA took Jill out of the picture since she might be subject to experiment. Capcom really gotta fill the gaps

Wolves tend to have yellow eyes, therefore wolves have "umber eyes" Wolves have in many categories superior vision to humans. so it makes sense that the sniper of the team, probably with the best sight, awareness and perception has the codename "Umber Eyes" @@aether715

Chris isn't with BSAA here. This is Blue Umbrella. Therefore Josh, Parker and the other two you said aren't involved. Considering Jill is going through tests due to Wesker, she's not there. For obvious reasons besides the tests too. As for Josh and Sheva, Sheva said after Umbrella went down and Wesker was killed for the death of her parents, shed quit because she got what she wanted. As for Josh, he's part of the African Branch. So he's in Africa making sure another outbreak doesn't occur there. I'll also point out that Chris asked why the BSAA were there in the first place. And judging by how none of them have BSAA gear or uniforms on, They're not working with the BSAA. Rather the task force Blue Umbrella.

Cyberpunk probably isn't the example to use here. The Cyberpunk devs put a shit ton of talent and work into that game. You see it practically everywhere you go. Infact, there's simular little details like this video shows scattered around the game. The problem wasn't that they didn't work hard, it's that they ran out of time due to the project leads setting unrealistic time goals. That and it should've never been released on last gen consoles.
