She's forced to try to kill her longtime partner, Chris. That's just the stuff we know about. Who knows what all Wesker did with her...I'm pretty sure that level of trauma doesn't just go away with time. Besides, I think she's handling it pretty well. She's not exactly breaking down and crying every couple of hours! Plus it clearly hasn't affected her ability to do her job!

She is infected with the T Virus since Resident Evil 3. Her Body Cells are very Powerful, thats why Wesker didnt kill her, he used her Cells to perfect his Uroboros Virus. Because of those Cells, her Body became much Stronger and more Resistent to infections, Maybe even slowing her Ageing Prozess down

A Virus can mutate other Cells to create more of the Virus and those Cells are not exactly destroyed but refunctioned by the Body as Defense. This is not really something special, our Body has a lot of Defense against Sicknisses and Viruses because it does take Parts of the Infection to learn about it to be more Resistent by the next Infection. The T Virus is also a very Powerful Virus that can effect the Body in almost every way and was even used for Bounding Animals and Human dna together to create Monsters like the Chimeras and Hunters. This can also effect our Cells that are Responsible for our Ageing and since we know that Spencer did always want a Virus that make him a God, it just makes sense that the Cells in our Body are heavily Mutateting and transform into more Powerful Cells, even if the Virus is destroyed, the New and Stronger Cells will be produced by the Body reguardless of being still infected with the T Virus or being cured
