Plinth beam provide kara to DPC provide karnae ka koi jarurat nahi hai. Because of DPC bhi concrete hi hota hai to Plinth beam provide kara to DPC provide karnae ka koi jarurat nahi hai... Not:- Plinth beam provide nehi Kiya to DPC provide karna must be important...
