could you do a tutorial that is more simple. you know just how to stand there and turn around to face the same way. I have always been told to focus on a dot and never take my gaze away from that dot but I still lose my balance. I think there is something about using our arms to give us momentum.

@Ruslanbalvan Spinning is hard ! :( Getting the head movements right help a lot with the balance. and then you have, " do I spin on the ball of my foot or on the heel ? " It's a long process...

I always knew that this was not as simple as just trying to spin and then eventually falling on your face because of trial and error lol... It seems to have lots of detail in it XD...btw the reason why you are spinning slower with your arms open is because of a physics term called MOMENT OF INERTIA. interesting stuff you know ;)
