As for tiling, in house flipper 1 you could advance your skills by using up the experience you got - stronger hammer to brimg down walls, ability to use up less paint for more coverage, tiling bigger areas at once etc. I suppose in HF2 they did something similar

It's definitely a possibility, though obviously this is just the demo and I only played around with it for a couple of hours. I didn't see anything for experience in what I played, thus far, but the full release could well have us levelling up our skills

I'd say HF1 really improved from it's initial release so HF2 could definitely change over the years.

I was surprised by how much I was getting into it aswell. Spent more or less 2 hours just cleaning up the room and trying to get the kitchen just how I wanted it
