It is really an AHA moment, when you see the house painted with the naval color, the cedar stain columns, and shutters. By adding the natural wood finishing to the house, it gave a warm and inviting feeling. Overall, the renovation has brought this house back to life, with tender, love and care. Well Done. I would say Wow, the house looks so amazing!

Kat, great job! You should switch the refrigerator and the stove so that the window won't be blocked AND if there is smoke from the oven, it will be right next to the window and more level.

Wow! Fab finish on those porch posts, trim and the little kitchen shelf hack- go girl! nice! The new steps and porch look great hopefully they get a finish also. Btw, that tower thing in the middle o the attic may be an enclosure for a vent -so as you said chimneys to the roof. Overall the finished house looks amazing and so fresh!! Congrats on a great job!

Maybe a nook with a bench in that window area u showed with the wooden thing infront, if u were to cut it to be lower and add an upholstered cushioned top and a shelf for book or plants perhapssss

For the bay window, you could use stained glass window film or privacy film. Both come in modern designs and block the view while letting light in. Then use a comfortable cushion for a cozy nook. Great video, by the way! Never thought the dark color on the exterior would look that good.

My ex bf bought a house for $3k. He just had to pay the taxes owed. We put $20k in it and sold it for $68k. Our town has offered homes in the historical district for $1.00 Yes, $1.00.
