it's amazing how some people are so close minded and not understand this is a cheap option for some people who doesn't have money to spend. if you have the money to throw around there are other options, I am also very sure there are many options that is beyond 99.99 percent of the viewers here can afford. Some fool below commented that the landlord should present a complete home. I imagine meaning it should be painted a ceiling and such. With that in mind it would mean the property would cost more. It is amazing how st00pid some westerners are who comprehend that you can't rent a mansion for the same price as a shack regardless of whatever country you might be from. I have seen many videos of rental homes here on KZbin from here in the US and Europe that are much worse than this house.

I would not rent that place for $150.00 per month even if Jesus Christ himself came down from heaven and ordered me to. Owners in the Philippines needs to start presenting finished rental products. Absolute garbage!!!
