They are such a fantastic couple. I love her! Dancing in the dining room. lol. They are so sweet and genuine. Bless them. They are so unspoiled and undemanding. Can I be one of their grandkids????? 😍

I loved the house they chose. It might not have had views or a swimming pool but it was in a gated community which was a plus for me and it was turn-key and had a really beautiful layout better than the other two. I looked that the compromised the noise of construction which will only be temporary.

House # 3 was too Beautiful to pass up. The first 2 had the right price but was not up to par. The 3rd house had the space and the kitchen was grand. It was in a 55 plus area and a l new construction Subdivision. It was the Best. A lot for the money.

I am 51 years old and will probably never be as happy and lucky as they. Must be nice to be that age and have someone who is devoted to you. My folks lived to celebrate 60 years of marriage. Not gonna happen to me!! So, this was shot about eight years ago, despite the publishing date of 2014. I wonder if they are still happy in their new home. We can hope.

i thought they were showing sense by mentioning the 300 a month hoa fees but nope lol

They were able to bring the house price down so have more than enough to pay the HOA fees. Besides they spoke about wanting a place they didn't have to maintain much which means they were willing to pay to have that done for them. Thirdly, at their age, that house was the absolute best for them. It was new construction and turnkey, with no stairs to worry about, and in a gated plus 55 community with enough room and space for family gatherings which was what they wanted.

First house realtor should have known they wanted ~20 mins max but perhaps it was a good 1st show house. From their final choice I guess they could afford ...
