Not too much has changed but mainly who can buy in what wards. I still go over the basics after the update though, if you know anyone going for a house this patch.

This video helped out. I'm currently looking for a private house and kept finding ones for only FC. I remembered hearing specific wards were for specific buyers but didn't know which ones were for which. So I looked up a guide and found this video. Now I know which wards I need to focus more on.

Finally won a large house today in Mist... after 4 years, I finally got the size house I always wanted. =)

They said i could never win my first lottery, i said bullshit. They were right. I bid for that house on first hour and waited and did many silly totems lol. Someone bid it on last hour and got it. There were only two of us.
