Danni, I have read many of the comments and I must agree this is a fantastic find. The home is beautiful and fits your needs from your family to your pets. I have also read Noah's comments. He doesn't like change however when he fixes his room up again, I am sure he will love this home also. Do not waste time, that home will not last. It is beautiful, you love it, just go for it Noah will love it as well. If you start looking around that home will be gone.

Change is difficult for spectrum kids and giving them the option to make decisions isn’t always best. Time isn’t always an option with rentals such as that, so you may need to simply pull a mom rank and then do your best to make him comfortable. I don’t t envy your predicament. Pray on it and you’ll make the right decision.

I feel that the bottom line is who is paying the bills? You take a childs thoughts and feelings into consideration but at the end of the day your the one who will be homeless and maybe have to give up your pets not him, he can live with his dad temporary not you...hate to sound so cold about it but sometimes you have to be practical.Hopefully Noah will be mature enough to see that.

How about if you take the guest casita as your office and bedroom? Would Noah be happier with that? I think this house is AMAZING!! And I think Noah is right, he will adjust. We do not see homes to rent like that around where I live…and housing is at a premium right now everywhere!

@@ThePurpleGoose023 you are a remarkable young man and I completely understand not liking change, I've never liked it either and moving....it is the worst of the worst, here's a little something that helps me, maybe it will help you too... picture it AFTER the move, just imagine everything is settled in and you're just having an everyday experience, can you see yourself enjoying all the benefits, location, pool, kitchen, all the animals in their space and very happy. Now imagine your space, bedroom, game room or what spaces you'd like to make yours, if you can imagine that and see it in your mind, it might help you decide, hey! I could absolutely be happy here!! Don't wait to long tho, it won't stay available for a minute!! Cause it's beautiful!! Hope this might help you ❤

I love that house!!! Take it from me, I was in real estate management for 20 years... this is a landlord market and houses go fast. If you find someone who is willing to work with you, with all the animals you need to jump on that, if it checks all your boxes. I am finding more and more home owners do not want to deal with pets. Noah you can set up shop in the guest house and make it your own little private place, Noah Town!!! I do understand Noah wanting to see a few more options. It is always good to look at, at least 3 homes minimum just so you can make a Pro/Con list and see what is out there but do it quickly because this house is nice. Normally you should schedule a few in one day so you can compare apples to apples. Best of Luck on the home search and our family is keeping you in our prayers :)

If I’m not mistaken, I only saw 2 bedrooms in the main house. He knows you want that casita for your online business and for shipping. It does present a challenge and transition is very hard on this new news. I saw the look in his eyes, it was deep to his soul. Yes the main house is a massive master bedroom with 2 bathrooms! Then there is another large bedroom down the other hall. Rachel and I are going to split the Master. Noah has his choice of taking a room in the guest house or the room in the main house - he is choosing the guest house thinking down the road that whole little house could be his :-) He is working out the whole move thing - which is the main anxiety. It's really hard for someone on the spectrum to go through such a huge change and this time I am getting a longer lease!

What doesn't Noah like about the house? The guest house living room would be a great place to set up his racing apparatus. Don't get angry Noah, but sometimes parents can see the functionality of a place and long term benefits that you might not see. I would hate to see you lose it by waiting too long. Maybe one more place, two at most, then take the one that works for everyone, but you shouldn't take more than a day or two. It could be gone. Places are going fast right now. If not everyone agrees, majority rules. If there's no majority....the one who's paying the rent decides😊 by the way, the backyard sanctuary couldn't be more perfect for the turtles. Just saying!

That is absolutely a gorgeous house and from all we have seen from your other house, this one is perfect.. I understand you want to please all your children, but at the end of the day, YOU are the provider, and should be the one to say what house you like, also Rachel seemed so happy with this house... It is nice to hear Rachel's enthusiasm for this new home.. Also this home appears to literally fit all your needs... You could even turn the casita into your Resell area. Set up your live sales in there, store things etc.. Then at the end of the day, you close the door, lock it and you do not have it in your main living areas.. Less stress Danni... The yard is perfect for your tortoises too, the pool is amazing, Oh I think this is a perfect match.. Sending lots of happy thoughts and prayers your way..

We raised our grandchildren after our daughter passed. We needed to get a bigger house. Our grandson also had spectrum issues. Change any change is difficult. What helped Allen was we sat down and drew out how his new room would look with his Lego collection all in place. Remember Noah has just put a lot of time and love doing his new room. He is still processing the loss. Once he gets things set up and cooks his first meal in the kitchen just the way he likes it I believe all will be well. I have lots of faith in you Noah. You need to think about what a wonderful home this could be. Now it's empty but when you put your all of your things in it then u will love it. It will change the feel of it. Get in contact with a local agent familiar with your local and federal programs, there are even programs that help with down payment.

You are so right! Finding a house of ANY kind in this country is a huge challenge right now. Finding a house like this...almost impossible. I'm sorry, but I raised 4 kids and now have 4 grandkids as well, and one important thing I learned is that kids just don't have the wisdom or life experience to make these kinds of decisions. You have to rely on the parent to know what's best. I also believe once a move is made, kids always adjust and enjoy. You cannot drag your feet in this housing market.

My worry also is Dani’s health , as a Crohn’s person myself this situation would cause a flare up and that is the last thing she needs right now on top of the other stressors . 🙏🤗 this transition is solved soon and life gets back to normal and everyone adjusts and happy . We had to move in February because they were selling our rental, my son did not want to leave at all. He knew we had to, but didn't want to. It's so tough to deal with change.
