I love the antique mall videos because you aren't looking at more junk than jewels 😊 One thing George has said a few times in antique malls like this don't get scared of the prices, but look on each shelf for the one or two items that don't belong. Often the dealer doesn't know it, or got it in a deal. And i saw Danni doing that instinctively 😊❤❤❤

I just looked up the origin of the word TCHOTCHKES just for fun. Derived from Slavic word for trinkets or bric a brac. The term has connotation of worthlessness or tackiness. Has become commonly used in regional speech of New York City and elsewhere.

The ornaments were for Disney 50th anniversary. The ones you didn’t know were frozone the one looked like he was in a surfboard. And Edna is also from the incredibles the little older lady. And the guy on the piano is Joe from the movie Soul. The dragon is Figment he’s the imagination mascot. The little boy is Miguel from Coco movie.

I loved this video, I havent been to an antique shop or fair for a long time and it was great to look at everything. I love glass and like to handle it as much as possible - even items I cannot afford because I am always learning. I pick up bits of costume jewellery too. I think the one necklace you looked at that was a milky blue was in fact glass not a gemstone because tbe colour was uniform across the whole piece.
