Thank you Miss Carol for showing us around. Limbe is beautiful. Please most house errors are caused by the landlord not the architects, saying so because most of the time the landlords think they know everything.

But i think the architect is the one who draws and plans the house, so he aught to present a perfect building to the landlord. Nevertheless, we cannot be blind to the fact that, some landlords indeed are pompous and think they know everything, thereby argueing with the architect to change the entire plan of the house.

I think I do understand what's happening here, some of the houses you showed here are not apartments for rents but furnished apartments for traveller's, visitors etc, I recognized some of them and went to some of them also this past December. I think their approach is wrong as they could have explained to you people that it's furnished apartments and not house to rent. Also most of them charge 25k to 50k per night so renting it out will be a loss to them giving it out per months rent. The one with many ac's is very nice and the one with that woman who didn't attend to you people is just normal.

Yeah one of the buildings is a guest house and has apartments for rents at the other side. She just didnot want to give us.
