Tine omg I am so sad for you! We have been saving for years and hope to buy soon but these house prices are innnnnnsane. I’m in souther California and it’s like 200k over what it should be. Livable cute houses start at 700k and it makes me sick. I love this series though, keep them coming!

Well well... what are the odds that i was just humoring the wifes goal of purchasing our first home for our family at such a crazy time in the real estate market. Now granted I need to get something soon I'm extremely hesitant to buy although its good to get an understanding of how things are operating within the residential market first hand nonetheless... in our travels and on my way to check in on my father (still owns his first home in good old Shirley, NY) and ended up looking at a few homes just north of the LIRR or to be more specific North of Northern Blvd/Patchogue ave up into Ridge. Anyways, while I was driving and doing my best to explain how Patchogue ave turns into Northern Blvd when fond memories of a young girl and great friend popped from my childhood popped into my head that once lived near there ( which I shared some of with the wife and literally said outloud "I wonder how Tina is doing these days and hope she's still got the bright bubbly personality she had when we were kids" that I was so fond of) and BAM! Look at that...less than a week later I'm doing some market research in reference to Suffolk County residential real estate trends and look who I found towards the top of my Google search results just a few days after mentioning you while looking at houses.... There you are! Now that is one hell of a coincidence if I do say so myself considering that "fond memories" or not I haven't mentioned your name to anyone in recent years but there you are! Its really great to hear your voice and see what very much seems to be the same happy, confident and positively "bubbly" voice/personality of a great childhood friend that hasn't apparently changed much from the memories I've had of you as a kid. Extremely happy to see you making tge most out of life and staying true to who you were in our younger years. Congratulations on the engagement and although I'm sorry to hear that covid effected your wedding plans I must say that my #1 first and longest running female friend from kindergarten experienced something very much similiar to yours and after all the emotions, frustration and everything else that resulted from the pandemic getting in the way of her and her genuinely awesome now husband had passed... they just had one of the best weddings I've ever attended(let alone having the honor and pleasure of participating in as a groomsmen and the wife her Matron of Honor which is a long story for another time being my wife did not go to the same schools or grow up in the area you and I know well) Long story short the wedding ended up being pretty incredible all things considered and possibly even better than it would have been if they hadn't made the decision to post pone/replan everything for a later date. I hope that you are blessed with a similiar experience that is whenever the "right time" for you both to tie the knot comes around. Being that it sure seems that you are just the adult version of who I knew you to be as kids i must say that you will certainly make an incredible wife, most definitely an incredible partner and ultimately an amazing mother to those future kids you're planning for in the future. Hey, never know maybe well end up running into each other some day and well actually get a proper opportunity to catch up after all these years, meet the S.O.'s etc etc after all this 8s apparently a small world after all. Oh and btw sub'd and liked but nit just because your awesome but for the actual content in which I do plan to check out for sure🍻 Take care Tina and good luck on the house hunting just don't let me catch you outbidding me on any properties just so we are clear😉 Love the dogs btw want to trade them fir a 4yo boy /5 y.o. girl ? I've got two kids following me around calling me daddy in recent years and they just keep growing way too fast for me to handle lol ide very much enjoy having a dog again. (Just joking for anyone with the attention span long enough to read this and no sense of humor FFS these days my sense of humor somehow became an issue for those without one on occasion unfortunately but I will not be silenced 🤷‍♂️🙄😁)

Chris!!! Omg! How the hell are you!!?? That’s an amazing coincidence!! I was actually thinking about recently too! I was over in the Shirley area and saw a few streets that looked familiar and was trying to remember where your dads house was! I literally even googled it to try and find out but got nothing lol 😂 congrats on all the life achievements! Married with two kids! So happy for you!! Thanks for this comment, def made my day 💕 I really hope we do run into one another now that I’m back on LI so we can properly catch up!

Don’t know how I came across your channel but I am glad I did… started binge watching your video….I live in Brooklyn with 4 babies (ages 1,2,3,5) and we always thought of moving to Pennsylvania. What areas do you recommend. We really dislike the city life.. just not for us.

Oh I love that!! 🥰 PA was great, we were in Allentown which honestly was really nice. If you have family in NY it’s an easy ride there. Easton, PA was nice too!
