Definitely the first house - I liked the flow of the kitchen and also that the kitchen is close while the kids are playing in the backyard. I could just see the little ones running in and out if you needed to be cooking dinner, and I also liked the way the island was placed in the first house, plus the backyard in the first house had good flow! Number one for sure!

I think you have to remember that since you have a small child, you run the risk of his falling down the stairs. I think the first house is better and maybe safer. The 2nd house upstairs seemed more open. It seems the baby could fall more easily.

My son and I both really like the first one. The backyard was amazing and the boys would love that. Plus the kitchen was so nice. The second one we liked the little space upstairs and the hides spot. But the first one the backyard would be awesome

The garden of the first house was very nice for the children, but it seemed a little old to me. The appearance of the 2nd house looked better than the appearance of the 1st house. Also, that little hiding area was nice too. But the stairs can be a bit of a problem. Be sure to state that you want the houses to be looked at from now on to have a garden and that you want the house to be spacious, stylish and in a more modern style. God bless you all 😊

Consider the age of the houses, and ask questions about structure integrity, especially living in Cali! Also ask about what kind of plumbing pipes there are throughout the house. LikeD house 1. Noticed a crack in the backyard. Ask if it's a surface crack or does it go deeper.

I would avoid the stairs for the little curious ones ...kids are very fast my grandson fell down the stairs several times before & after we got a locked gate then he learned how to open it or we easily forgot to lock it behind us or he would sneak around us & try to walk down the stairs watching us as grown-ups walk down the stairs We as adults also risk tripping or falling down the stairs too even holding onto the rail & being very careful I was always nervous about him falling backwards down the stairs even after we showed him how to down crawling face down he always looked behind himself for some reason maybe to see how much further down he needed to go ??? Adults will also get tired going up & down the stairs especially when u get to the bottom & realize u forgot something & have to go running back up 🤪

I absolutely love Both.But it kind of worries me.Since it is a rent or house all the insulation in there you would have to add walls. For the kids to play in there and that was the heidi hold that they seemed to like. As for the first house it seemed like everybody loved it❤❤❤❤

Why are you moving? Need more space, or want a yard for the kids? You might need some decorative rubber squares for the concrete patio.

When the boys go up.help them( teach them) to go up,holding the railings. BUT while coming down,- teach them to come crawling down, with face down,on the carpet( stairs). That will be fast,quicker and safe till- they r- a liitle older and r- comfortable,without parents helping. 🥰

Well.. parents must be many ideas on how to be hands more to is children aside for having a work.. quality time with family and enjoy in being together in cooking and preapare in table is a great help for parents.. Im sure Keem could be help is mother prepare in table.. Kadde is need more of attention because is a baby.. could might sit in high chair while Keem help is mother prepare is table..
