One of the best Demo ive Ever seen. Why !! the Electrical panel board was so nice to maintain and Easy to switch off if there is fire. You know why i am a Master license in Electrical and most new house built they hide the Power Pannel of elecrical connection. Like what they did in our new house built in Verdana Homes. The electrical panel Board was covered by a wood Box and place that the switch Board cannot switch off if there is fire. I strongly recommend the design of the Electrical Engr. This is the right way to put the Electrical Pannel Board. Clear from any Cabinet. Easy for trouble shooting. The architect and the electrical engr. Are both Commendable. My grade for both is 100%

Wow ..this is exactly my dream house design... But I don't think it will fit in to our 280sqm Lot... Kudos to the designer of this house 101% perfect to my taste ..when the time has come at magpapa build n kmi Ng house I will go back and watch this video for reference... ang galing nmn ng gumawa ng bahay na toh walang tapon yung space.. pag nakaipon na ako sana makapag pagawa ako sa kanila ng bahay.. gusto ko kc korean style house pero gusto ko yung ganito walng tapos na space sa luob ng bahay.. baka po pwede malaman sino yung builder ng bahay at designer ng bahay? tnx

I love the design of the house. I am just not fond of the accent wall by the entrance of the house. Bedroom number 4 is my favorite of all the rooms. I just noticed that most new houses that I see here on YT do not have a large enough storage space.
