I would like to introduce people to the magic of remote purchasing.
Very often one element stopping us from stepping out from our comfort zone is the lack of trust.
Over the last few decades, we have developed and improved our skills in managing our affairs in a remote or less attached manner. We shop online, we choose our travel destination, and, in some cases, people meet and get married online. Surely buying a property can be added to some of these categories and doing it in a country that we hardly know can only make more sense.
I have developed a process allowing people from all different parts of the world, approaching the real estate market in Italy, without ever set foot in Italy, how?
Remote purchasing is a complex process but made easy by years of experience in the realm of real estate investment.
Meeting my client expectations is my final goal, listening, asking the right questions, developing a relationship, allows me to achieve results.
What many of my clients find normal, due to the simplicity I portrait in what I do can literally be considered since fiction.
Purchasing a property in some cases for hundreds of thousands of euros, without visiting the area or knowing the property can be challenging, on the other hand, visiting the area or viewing some options can also be very challenging and often counterproductive.
Remote Purchasing allows you to concentrate on your objectives and dreams, while the professionals are taking care of many areas totally known to a foreign buyer.
Lola has taught ma a lot, courage and determination are some of the qualities we need if we want to succeed, but we also need loyalty and trust, with these two additional attributes we can deliver magic to anyone who encounters us in life.

Congratulations Lola! You’re place is fantastic. I was taken with the serene beauty of Nardo when I visited Salento in September to see the property in Galatina which I purchased via the services provided by Salento with Love. When thinking of the value of time, both quantity and quality come to mind. As time passes I’m increasingly focused on quality. Working with the professionals orchestrated by Davide for my remote purchase certainly saved time in quantity but moreover added great enjoyment to the quality of the experience. Moving forward that still holds true. As I’ve now transitioned to the refurbishment phase I think it important to put faith in the process Davide has put together. I’ve had significant input establishing the framework within which the process will be carried out. Beyond that, I’m finding it best to let things unfold within the established parameters and enjoy the ride! After all, my investment adventure is meant to be enjoyed. That was a great interview. I started looking for properties in northern Pulia ( Chieuti ) to be exact. I did not have an agent and those that I did communicate with made the buying process sound so difficult . I finally gave up . As much as I love seeing your tours of the palazzos and large old homes that need major refurbishing, it is nice to see a video of a home that is more modestly sized that would be more possible for people with smaller budgets :-) It is good for me to know that not all of your clients come to you with large budgets, looking for large homes to renovate. I also like that the woman featured in this video found a property in a town that is not so small. I've seen some videos (yours and others) that feature properties in towns that have a population of less than 10,000 people (some as little as 5,000), which is just too small for my liking. But from what I can tell, Nardo seems to be the size and type of town that I'd be looking for, particularly as a second home. There seem to be so many options out there. (Almost) everything truly is possible! LOL. Thank you for this video!
