I totally get it. I watched GOT and HTD, but find it also a bit boring. There are plenty of fun series to watch. Since you liked Lucifer, you might also like Castle.

As a GoT lover I can only agree with your negative estimate of HotD. The show is beyond mediocre, with horrible casting, laughable costumes, worse dialogue, etc. etc. It's such a major disappointment in comparison to GoT.
