Aegon is barely top 10 worst characters, Daemon and Larys and Aemond are way worse. Hell, Otto, Alicent and Rhaenyra are just as bad. The rape stuff wasn't even canon ion the books, the writers admitted to adding it purely to make Aegon look bad

​@@pooch7245That's not accurate either. *Everything* in Blood and Fire is told from the POV of unreliable narrators and colored by the bias of the historians. Aegon's actions (and those or all other parties) could be 100% factually true or they could be exaggerated. The whole point is that it's deliberately made ambiguous, so him being a petulent prince isn't outlandish.
