@@paulfuray8557 Just in case you’re wondering, the movie clip here is actually from a remake of the 1932 movie “Mystery of the Wax Museum”. The 2005 version is a remake in name only, with the plot being very different than the other two movies.

If that is the real actress who played Cathy who is standing there as the wax statue, it must have taken a great deal of precision to do that scene -- having to make her not move and everything.

Also the voice in Michael Jackson's Thriller video. One of the most creepy / recognizable voices of all time. Legend status. 💯 Vincent Price also starred in one episode of the Love Boat in the 70s , as a hypnotist . I grew up in the 70s . I liked Wolfman Jack's voice too. 😂

Jim, it is Roger Corman's THE PIT AND THE PENDULUM (1961). I have never seen HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL, except a little bit of it, years and years ago. I should check it out.. :-]

Let's face it, everything Vincent Price ever did was great. I was lucky enough to see him on stage in a one-man show as Oscar Wilde called 'Diversions and Delights'. It was the culmination of my life long fan worship.

This is where it began for me as a kid born in the 60s. I was fascinated with House of Wax The original Time Machine movie. The original War of the Worlds. The old black and white movie The Incredible Shrinking Man . I love those old movies. 💯❤️ I've seen and love the remakes as well too .But I have to many memories and nostalgia associated with the older movies. You had to grow up with them to fully appreciate them. I probably wouldn't care about them if I was in my 20s today though . TBH.

Mystery of the Wax Museum (1933) was also great. This film was a remake of that, and I love both of them. Lionel Atwill and Vincent Price both made great villains.
