i don't own a tele, but that touch to indent the wall so tele is flush with wall is brilliant, those are the special touches! Well thought out and well done mate! Ps: an observation from the peanut gallery, around tele opening i would place a nice antique gold coloured picture frame, when not watching television it can be used as display of museum art.

Except it is too high for a television. Why do people put TVs so high on the wall? They should be centred at eye height when one is sitting down. Approx 105cm from the floor.

I love that you think ahead to what might be needed/wanted down the road. The esthetics mean so much, but efficiency and comfort are very important so the woulda/shoulda mindset doesn't show up and subtract from the joy of living in your beautiful new home. Most of the the time, I find the contractor is more caught up in the construction and less interested in creating a beautiful environment. You are a true artist at heart. I'm all about the art of living beautifully, and with as much comfort as possible. MY eyes are always looking for the beauty. It's everywhere even in the rusty old door handle or the remains of a fresco. Italy is the QUEEN of beauty. Hope to live in Italy one day or at least visit and paint your gorgeous country. Thank Davide for this wonderful channel you have put together for our enjoyment.

Hi Claudia, I really appreciated your comment, we share the same sentiment. Beauty can be found in the most insignificant and small detail if we decide to turn the spot light on it and celebrate it ⭐️⭐️ Italy is full of amazing details just waiting to be celebrated and I do my share of that through my work! I also love art and I have owned a gallery in London for 18 years (gx gallery), I would love to establish some art residency in Salento ⭐️⭐️

Last time i renovated, I created a chute out the window to toss the rubbish into the large rubbish container below. Work went so much easier and fast!

We do the same over here when the amount is significant, although neighbours always complain about the dust 🙏

I like the shower on the back wall with the shower head on the left side, why don't you put the value to turn the the shower on on the back wall to the right at the entrance to the shower. Owners wont have wet with cold water turning shower on.

You have a point there, I guess I will look at that option in the future…. I personally like to keep the controls and the hand held shower close to each-other 🙏
