it's an interesting question. I mean mean we know Jeor had been there a while. It's mad to think Janos could literally be there a few weeks and be considered a viable candidate over the likes of the commanders of the other castles or Throne. I mean saying that Jon had not really been there that long. It took Bloodraven longer that Jon to become lord commander after all.
