The facade is ok but the main door handle fitting is a bit off. No built-in wardrobe closets in all bedrms. No window at Master T&B. Could've been utilized the open high ceiling for T&B ventilation. Anyways, good presentation tho as always. Thanks for the tour Presello team!👌

kapag nanonood ako ng house tour, inaantay ko talaga kapag 3 bedrooms. pangarap kasi namin ng kapatid ko ng sariling kwarto so laging akong pumipili sa bedroom 1 or 2 at lagi naman akong may napipili. pero sa bahay na to, wala akong mapili HAHAHA yung bedroom #1 kasi, grabe yung natural sunlight sa bedroom. wala nga lang sa bathroom. pero sa other bedroom, corner lang yung window pero bongga sunlight sa cr + wardrobe T_T

Western (US & UK) properties house tours now refer to the master bedroom as Principal/Primary bedroom probably bcoz of BLM, and frankly, I prefer it too coz it's more neutral and without any negative connotation.

For a 15M, its a catch. I like the majority of it aside from the kitchen. The space is just so wide that it feels like it lacks something,maybe an island counter or a bar counter to make the kitchen u shaped rather than l-shaped, and there's no built-in wardrobe but overall, I like it.

We looked at this house before. It used to sell for 9.8M. It's a really great house, but it's beside a squatters area. And the security was not strict. Pasok ka lang, walang haharang sa inyo. Thatwas a deal breaker for us. 😢

i love everything about this house... except for the gate. it's literally a ladder. maybe it's a gated community with 24/7 security but it makes me uncomfortable knowing that anyone can climb up my gate if they wish 'cause it's a ladder. haha
