This house is an artwork. That tree would be a symbol. The balcony both on the ground floor and the top make the house so cozy even thought it is in an industrial design. Kudos to the architect

Nice house. Very loft style industrial house. The extra side space inside the rooms can be used as an office or gym. I think it would be a nice add-on to have automatic curtains. Also a nice modern and minimalist chandelier and lighting on the stairs will complete the look. Definitely nice to see Julia again. Looking forward on the next one.

Could have been better if the septic tank would be placed in the side so it wont obscure the open garden. Better invest in motorized curtains for this type of floor to ceiling glass windows. Though overall, I would be buy this type of houses in an instant; perfect for bachelors or small families. Julia is really gorgeous here!

No it won’t. I’m assuming na nilubog nila ang roots ng tree that’s why you can clearly see na nasa kalahati ng katawan lang ang makikita mo. The roots will only grow below the ground kasi nakalibing siya ng malalim to prevent it from damaging the flooring and foundation na tinatayuan ng house. Many houses that has trees do this kaya it’s pretty safe and not to mention, trees provide more lamig.

i think that's a cistern tank (water reserve) at the back garden. septic tanks are usually located at the front, in the carports for easy maintenance and troubleshooting. most architect's and/or designers will incorporate the downspout from the gutters to the cistern to collect rainwater (sustainability) and later on use that water for the house.

pretty nice house. sobrang bagay po tlga ang tadao ando inspired or what we called industrial type design architecture sa pinas. mostly natural light ventilation ang approach.minimalist sa labas but it comes to interior sobrang gnda lalo na po ung cement finish type with design. and typically flat ceiling design pero ang mgnda po tlga is puro glass lalot ang gamit siguro dyn low emitting glas na temepred sobrang lupit nun.. btw ang gnda po ng design.

I cut short the tour around 4mins. I don't know if a massive garden tree feet away from an open glass living space looks nice, however the thought of tree roots presenting a futuristic subterranean issue to my dream house scared me slightly. Then again the roots might not be widespread afteral, so the thought of a strong wind blowing the tree towards the house finally persuaded me to end my interest. I'm sure a quick survey would relay any possible fears. But, won't play on my mind because I wasn't tempted to buy after 4mins.

If I owned this property, I'll make the 3rd floor as the whole master bedroom retreat. Put a glass door on the 3rd floor landing. In front of the property, I'll have the carport enclosed, so it is a true 2 car garage and have a small work space inside. I'd open up the utility room so you can access the house from the garage.
