I love the color palette of the kitchen. Super nice and aesthetic. Also the bathroom design, super love it! The house by the balcony was obviously built first. The contractor could've just done something else to the balcony because it's practically useless. And seeing the red roof everyday sucks! Lol!

My take on this particular house: It’s too big for the lot. It’s a small lot (287 m2). The center island could have been made as a breakfast bar with an extended counter, but wasn’t. The master T & B offers no privacy to whoever’s using the inidoro. The inidoro has to be enclosed. Also, that’s not a walk-in closet. It’s more a small room with 2 wardrobe closets. The master br balcony overlooks the neighbor’s gigantic roof. This is due to the layout of the house, and again the size of the house in relation to the lot. I didn’t see anything Japandi in this house, with the exception of the front of the house, which offers privacy. This I think is the only Japandi part, the privacy. In other words, no big glass panels facing the street and exposing family members to peering eyes from the neighbors. I’d rather build a smaller house on that lot, with a landscaped courtyard, outdoor fully equipped kitchen and garden in the middle part where entertainment and family get-togethers can be held. But that’s just my take on this. 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Oh yes we know. Everything in Philippines is overpriced. Just look at super cheap Bangkok properties. Bang Na district $1700 per sqm only . Hua hin , $500 per sqm villas . The designs are much better than in Philippines
