I watched other videos which are similar to this but I really like Ms. Julia. I loved how she explains things and the details of every house. There is something about her that you will really love :) She's pretty and adorable. 😍 And her random jokes. Haha. Love it! ♥️♥️♥️ Also, I love how she speaks in English and tagalog. For 34million price tag. it better be in a desirable community. Am not fond of those black borders that outline the doors and windows which make it very busy. White or beige colored borders are easy on the eyes as they blend with the walls. Build ins tend to make the rooms smaller. Bedroom furnishings are movable which helps in decorating the rooms. The family area is ideal for projection .movies to the wall. The lanai with the yard is great from sunbathing or morning coffee. I imagine the staircase in a different color other than dark or black. It us just too prominent. these are just my thoughts.

Ewan ano tamang word, but I like the design, like the contrasting colors. Pero agree po ako, parang masikip tignan. Im genuinely thinking if the location is one of the reasons why 34m, medj parang nakakailang kasi sa 34m I think parang over priced. But this is just an opinion, wala naman akong alam abt sa bahay. 😅😅

I agree with this. For the price tag, it is too simple to the point that is it not desirable and impractical. The design is from the typical townhouse you can buy for 8-10M

Its really the location and the lot that makes houses around metro Manila expensive . Because you can have these type of house built in the province in maybe half the price of what they are asking. And still have extra money to buy everything for the house like furniture.

If the layout is too fancy, it takes away from the "homey" feel. You tweak and play with certain elements for the fancy or regal feel. The prices go up on the basis of lot, location and efforts
