Your house presentations are immaculate. It's very well thought out and the details are amazing. The editing, the lines, even the subscribers-non subscribers spiel was very creative. @@cammac66 yeah my dad is really into fishing so he has a lot of gear, he also builds and/or customises equipment so he needs a bit of space for all of that. And since it’s so loud when he builds the studio it needs to be on the ground floor or basement

Lovely house 😀.. All space well thought of. But, if I am to buy this house, I will continue that perimeter wall tile up to the pool area and place sconches to light up the space especially at night, and same cemented polished floor continous around the house. Should lessen the outside plants due to dengue. And, add better lighting fixtures inside the house because the interior color is really toned down.
