@24:18 is so picture perfect! The mid-century modern chair, the stairs and rock landscape underneath, the plants and light fixtures, everything! I not really a fan of large houses but this one is super elegant and well made. No dull areas, even the daily kitchen looks great!

The entire property is stunningly gorgeous and spectacular, the pool area is a great party place for relatives and friends! That wooden design cat walk ledge at 19:36 stamp looks unsafe and dangerous for anyone to walk on, the drop off is deadly. Why would anyone wants this design in their house ? The archirects, designers and engineers don't consider safety because i see many house designs in the philippines that does not consider safety of the public. Accident can happen.
