The interior of that house is so beautiful...if I Would define it with one word I Would say... Elegance.....The outside view of the house has that accient appearance which makes the house give one nostalgic feelings of sweet memories.Its perfect for a family.The presenter is also great.She knows how to do her job.

I love the property, the interior is stunning! No trunking and conduits showing that means quality is upheld. A few pointers though - I strongly feel like the exterior can be waay better than it is at the moment. Probably create an exterior that resonates symmetrically with the exquisite interior because it feels so 15 years ago don't you think? I don't fancy the roofing because it completely turns off the look of the exterior space which makes it not so turn key. Nonetheless i'd still consider purchasing it. Now all I need is a bank rob ;)

The house has good bones. The rest of the issues are just cosmetic. Nothing a coat of paint and a few tweaks of the fittings wouldn’t change. That would have to be factored in the final price though.

Too much curtains, I'd remove many of the curtains downstairs and replace them with blinds to open it up more then I ll have many of the upstairs windows in the corridors in particular treated so we can do away with the curtains, it uglifies the house like too much of a good thing.

its better to keep walls simple if the floors are as textured such as the shiny harribone floors here no need for shimmery patterned wallpaper in my opinion but the corridors and outdoors opening / balcony are my favourite

145 millions??? Gosh that's why I stopped halfway and opted to buy two houses for that money. One in south Africa and one in USA. Mind you, the one in USA for 90mil is sitting on 2acres of land in Southlake TX...... this house can only cost around $400k American standard. Mind you Southlake is one of the high ends.

For over 4000 square feet, why not have a private study room. Someone would think that a pull down bed hinged at one end to store it vertically is practical for houses that don't have a lot of space. Why go through the trouble of converting a room.
