Yeah, It's always good to have a financial plan, but investing isn't as easy as it looks on TV, I've incurred alot of losses trying to invest

You need to get a financial planner or expert on investments to aid diversify your portfolio to commodities index funds, digital assets etc, to provide illumination and guidance in the financial markets.

indeed, most people downplay the roles of financial planners until burnt by there mistakes. Productivity is optimized and keeping up to date strategies and analysis makes it more lucrative. I've been able to navigate the volatilities and scaled up 880k from 220k with professional guidance.

Rajiv Surendra is the best at everything. I love his channel. This home is beautiful and smartly curated. All of the New Yorkers really sell living in New York! They style their homes in says I never think could be possible. That wine fridge is incredible.

I have seen her apartment on multiple home tours but I never get tired of it. Love this space so much. I don’t know if I could have my bedroom in a cave, lol - it’s great for sleeping but I’d miss waking up to the light. But she definitely made the best of what she had with a garden level apartment. Super chic. I really need to frame my pics of Paris from my time there - she’s inspired me! I love her water dispenser too - but I’d have to use a Brita and then transfer lmao.

WOW! Amazing transformation! It’s difficult to believe it’s only 700 sf considering all she was able to fit into the space and yet it doesn’t feel cluttered. Love the colors because I love gold/brass. She did a lovely job and she is lovely herself.

Wow, it is one of the most inspirational interior I have seen with so many great ideas and interesting matches/pairs. I love the idea to have eyes covered on the paintings, otherwise I avoid portraits as feeling like haunted. Also the Marie Antoinette portrait it is so interesting and unique. So much elegance and imperial feel overall.
