I’m only 9 mins in and she hands down wins this year’s house tour. From her thrift finds, her DYIs, to the unique storage ideas, this house isn’t even my style, but I’d move in in a second. It’s so moody, cozy, homey. Everything is different style, but somehow goes together perfectly. Kim, you are so talented!

Kim is on fire! I did see her previous video when she lived in her 296 sq ft studio. I thought it was adorable. She was so clever how she used her space. Now, she's in this beautiful ground floor apartment, twice the size AND with a gorgeous outdoor space that she worked very hard to create. She has made her space her own, outdoor and indoor. Can you believe working on her mirrored dining room? OMG! She is a genuine person and my heart went out to her toward the end of the video when she teared up. I think most of us have been in an emotional space that she has been and now it's time to enjoy her life and rock on! So amazing. She has so many great DIY and storage ideas. I'm furiously taking notes and saving this video. Besides her unique aesthetic, she is truly invested in finding what she wants and creating the perfect home for her, just as a renter. Not unusual in NYC, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone take it this far!

I absolutely thought that her Studio Apartment was fabulous, but this one is AMAZING! Her creative way of decorating and arranging each area is iconic! I found myself looking for the beautiful jewerly that she had hanging up in the other apartment, in her entry foyer! This place is georgeous! Having a spare room is an added plus! She has done very well with this place inside and out!
