All of it but with the kitchen, I am seeing potential for improvement ... I will transfer the water filter unit away from the stove top .. turn the kitchen to a continuous L-shape and lengthen the counter top a bit more ... I would prefer that the water filter unit is with a dedicated coffee bar. The house is beautifully designed in general, pwd and senior friendly ... good for family with pets, secured and the gates are high enough for the pets not to jump over. I agree Jake, the team who created this house has turned the place to a lovely, zen home .. 🎉 Happy new year Jake and Team MG 😊🎉

The fusion of functionality and aesthetics melds well into home perfection. A primary function of a home is security from intruders and the natural elements. The setbacks of the house are well-secured with security gates and at the same time provides relevant ease of escape in case of fire. Moreover, the tall glass panels of the facade are installed in several segments which makes those easy to replace in case of breakage or damage. While quite expensive, a 3M security film will blast-proof and baseball bat-proof the glass facades in case of drunk neighbors throwing huge rocks at your home just for the shit and giggles. Tempered glass isn't blast proof, earthquake proof, or bullet proof. You'll need some 3M technology to ensure that your loved ones are safe from broken glass caused by 9mm firearm projectiles. Inside, the interior design intuitively factors in day-to-day living essentials. I love how the service area provides a double decker bunk bed for two staff instead of just one. It's a moderately sized house with several bathrooms; one house staff couldn't handle everything. They even have their own tiled dining table just outside their room. Moreover, while a front loading washing machine/dryer can surely dry clothes, the tube pipe clotheslines indoor and outdoor made sure that your clothes will get the natural disinfection benefits of sunlight as well as the drying benefits of delicate clothes that require hand washing during rainy days. The broom peg wall hanger is likewise very thoughtful to prolong the service lives of your walis tambo. Well planned and the design is very particular in terms of necessity and accessibelity of the house. For the price it is worthy. I wish I have the amount of money to pay in instant to owned this particular house.

Ang cool lang kase this kind of floor plan is one of the most commonly used in the industry currently. I’ve noticed several house tours using this blueprint with mild to moderate changes lang sa main planning and extensions nalang such as a 3rd flr, pinalaki etc2. Nagkakatalo lang sa architecture and interior design.

I really wish you'd mention what materials were used, dimensions of each of the rooms. Descriptions like "really high ceiling", "spacious" "big windows" "wide hallways" doesnt help the viewers. Please think about putting more effort into your description. Pointing out something that isn't really a feature in the house like the faucet in the carport isn't very exciting, it gets boring. Researching what they put in the house before you start recording might help. 30 mins to show a houseboats big is too long in my opinion. Also, you should not be the main focus, it should be the product you are selling. Just my two cents. 😊
