Tastefully done finishes so far. Just enough without making it too “loud”. Great attention to details. Altho I don’t like the sound of the sliding doors. They could have used solid, better quality materials on those. I do like the semi enclosed service area, aesthetically malinis. 2nd floor: love, love the storage area. I appreciate also the 2 sinks in the master br; should be standard in ALL homes, appreciate the added shower enclosures also. Again should be standard. I wish they had chosen a metal finish instead of the white pvc. Overall a great house with a third floor and extra space/family room. I noticed they should have had the opening of the sliding door on that floor on the left. As is, if you put a fridge, that corner would be a little tight.

Love the number of bedrooms and that each has it's own bathroom. Nothing fancy, but it works. Could rent a room out and have plenty for guests too. Might rent that top floor out.

Malabo. Usually fine feature nila magaganda ang location and hindi hassle papunta at palabas. Ang kadalasan na ni feature sa south eh Alabang at Tagaytay na my expressway/skyway. Pag sa North naman same din may expressway. Natanong ko din yan sa friend ko na agent. Nagiintay din kase ako ng Cavite area.

I had the same thought but I think the deal here is that the one who eventually buys it has to spend for renovation or remodelling the kitchen at their own expense, just like in many real estate deals in Singapore or America. Of course, the cost of such a job will cause an added financial and labor burden to the new owner/prospective buyer, but that's reality I guess.

The House is too Big yes and cozy love the High ceiling and tropical vibes also the Dining Area with overlooking Alfresco Gardens and The master bedroom Balcony with plant boxes for plants.But what I don't appreciate is The Main Kitchen There is No room for Gas range consider the counter top is already built. Looks like you need to remodel the kitchen.
