The house and its lot location seems fair enough for its price. However, the downsides are the maid's rm size which is too narrow without window/ventilation and the location of the laundry area that should be placed out of sight by the public. Anyways, thanks Dean and team for the house tour! 🙂👍 _P.S. Just call it toilet & bath, no need to add shower._ 😁

Very nice. Ganda ng exterior and interior especially the main door. It looks posh. I like the color scheme and the fact na may pool pa siya kahit di ganun kalaki ang lot area is another plus. Nice kitchen also and again a walk in closet kahit hindi master bedroom is also a great feature. Very well lit and isa lang ang neighbor. Dagdagan na lang to ng magandang landscape, perfect na. Na maximize rin ang space and for that price this is a good buy.

Just curious if the neighborhood is safe dahil walang grills at puro glass, wala bang nilooban dyan sa subdivision recently? Another awesome presentation because of the inclusion of dimensions of each area. My only issue with the layout is the room on the first floor, no toilet and bath, if it is going to be occupied by an elderly person, where to shower, can't use the powder room, so the person is forced to climb upstairs which defeats the purpose of not going upstairs due to old age.

Love the house Dino. Is this a flooded area.? Btw, the maids room has no windows & look & feels cluster phobic. Don’t understand why builders build homes but the maids quarters is so so tiny. These are essential workers & should be treated with a decent accommodation.

Hi, measurements of each BR please? Since we didn’t see the 3rd BR upstairs, currently occupied by the seller, it seems larger than the master BR/2nd bedroom shown; it’s by itself facing the side of the house. Could you confirm na lang please - is it bigger than the master BR?? Also how much is the monthly HOA or is it a yearly rate, if so how much? Thank you. I really life the simplicity and finishes used in this house, especially the bleached mahogany stairs and the color palette used throughout. Is there room to expand the powder on the 1st floor to add a shower area and is there room outside to build another staff room for the driver? Thank you.

Maganda yung ganyan ka laki House, kung malawak malaki looban Garden likod at side at mahaba saba yung front yard.. Kasi, hndi maganda yung halos kulob ang house walang malapad na looban... Kaya para sakin. Not for me.. Maganda sa bahay maluwag yung mga lote.. May na lalakaran malapad na lote sana. M Kaso, kitid ng space ng lote.. Dapat malapad malawak yung looban, pag big house.. Ganon sana..
