Hi Dana George, I looked up costs for a pre-fab 4 season room - and the prices are so all over the place, I am clueless about the cost of this one. I do know it adds quite a nice value to the owners. I read $80-$230/sf - this one is guessing 300-400 sf??? and I also read $6,000 - $30,000. - then I read $25,000 - $80,000. So I am at a loss. But it is a real nice space - for anyone's house. :-D

I’m a hour away or more from all malls & better stores 🏬 I only have a dollar 💵 general in my town and a drug store 🏬 and a Stewart’s Dairy 🥛 shop and our gas ⛽️ keeps going up 🛗 it just went up ⬆️ again too 4.45 a gallon it was 4.35 and Everytime you go to are Walmart super center is a half hour away each way !!!!! They don’t even have a dentist 🦷 or eye 👁 doctor 👩‍⚕️ around me that takes my insurance I have too drive a hour each way too Plattsburgh New York up ⬆️ the north way going north towards canada 🇨🇦

Check those property tax rates in whatever state your investing in. Illinois has some of the highest property tax rates in the United States, and there are ABANDONED homes EVERYWHERE in that state. From 100k homes to 1.5million $ homes , all empty because the annual property taxes are unrealistic unreasonable and impossibly unsustainable. It should be your #1 consideration
