A truly farmhouse and cosy living space your friend has created! And the amount of indoor greenery has added the extra country manor taste to the interior. Really a great touch to the entire interior decorations….. love it ❤ I should consider adding more indoor greenery to my home to soften the interior ambience further after seeing this home tour of yours Karman. I can see that the lights were all switched on to give the house its bright and spacious effect. Nontheless, the entire white farmhouszy concept was brilliant. The owner was consistent with the use of color - white and green - which are nature most soothing color and it bounces the light across the house too. Adding candlelights, maximise the effect of wamrth into the living space. It deserves a space in the home magazine.

My weekly exercise route pass by Coney Island, Punggol Beach, Northshore Plaza ... very chill and nice environment. You should also visit the other side along the Waterway river just outside Waterway Point and walk towards Punggol Bayview or towards Oasis Terrace ... very beautiful and nice environment HDB estate. The other PCN route I take is towards the Sengkang Riverside Park. A very nice park with new just MOP HDB estate. Or towards Hougang Capeview HDB estate along the river PCN. Go Punggol Beach Settlement eat seafood.👍👍💚💚🧡🧡👍👍

@@MsKarmanI used to cycle 150-200km per week for triathlon training. But now, old, mostly walk and jog. The whole area is very suitable for Cyclists. So many during weekends. You can also rent very good bikes from SAFRA, even the 4 seater (Flintstones) kind. But better take single seater bikes because cab go inside Coney island. 4 seaters cannot go in. Alot of small children also cycling along PCN. [I email you some info and videos on the PCN and beautiful HDB blks facing parks, rivers ... later].

.... thanks for your show around on 2 rooms HDB flexi...very well described...I sincered opinion this type only good for the elderly with no dependents to reside...coz for the young and just married couples just NOT at all suitable....and very different to dispose this type of dwelling after 4 years or so..... a three room/4 or 5 rooms type more suitable...😊😊😊😊😊

早年新加坡HDB 还有一款屋子叫DBSS 与私人发展商合作希望能提升公共住宅有更好的设计，品质。最终 HDB URA CEO Dr Cheong Koon Hean 把它给终止掉。为何？政府有好意，不代表发展商不暴利。呵呵，历年来，公务人员不但要有所担当，偶尔要看清奸商的花样与手段。实说，香港公务员最缺是担当，但各个有智慧小聪明与四大家族混日子。

@@MsKarman new BTO is 90 meter square for 4 room, 1980s 4room is from 84-104(most 84), 1990s average 100 meter square. however, all BTO does not have windows at corridor, while 1980-90s blocks has 80% facing corridor. 3 room range from 66-72 in the past, now 67 for BTO. 5room now is 110, while in the past is 130. Point block is the best.

No need to be located along SAF flight, even I live in AMK almost everyday I can hear airplanes screeching past! SG is so small and we live so close to each other you can hear some type of noise everywhere, unless you live in private estate deep in, but would need personal transportation to get about.

香港地方土地有限，永久地契 = 永久劏房 = 永久买不起 = 下一代也买不起 = 越来越多人占地为王 = 越来越少地给下一代 = 外国人有钱人来买，本地人永远买不起。这个问题在新加坡解决了，而买的居民，非常满意，舒适 vs 价钱 vs 增值 vs 可持续性和快乐 - 这才是最重要的。

我同意新加坡政府真的提供很好的条件(没得说了******就是 bo beh zao,程度太低看不懂吗？)，但就是天气真的很难忍受，加上新加坡真的太小了，真的没地方可去，加上后疫情时代，全世界经历几近末日体验，之后世界各地都让人见识到很不可思议状态，外界对新加坡的固有印象已经不能停留在我年轻时20多年前的那样了，现在的新加坡人组合比之前改变太多了，(不管怎样都是新加坡人了)，个人有余钱有能力都会想移居外地

我尊重您的说法但也让我说说我的看法。如果没记错，在疫情横行的那2-3年，新国是唯一的华人地区；从冠病疫苗，冠病药物，止痛剂，快筛试剂和测血氧机等等医疗必需品都不缺的国家，冠病致死率也超低。疫后经济复苏，新国也取得了亮眼的成绩，不但吸引了各国各领域的精英而且有不少常年旅居海外的新国公民也纷纷选择回国就业生活，深切地体会到自己的家乡才是安生立命之所。新国一向来都是一个移民国家，十年如一日，并没有太大的区别。新国虽小，没有数千米的高山也没有重深数十公里百里的原始森林，可是有可能每个周末都去探索吗。幸好新国有邻近所谓的后花园如马国和印尼，整个东南亚的国家也都近在咫尺，定能满足对高山大海森林探索的欲望而且赚着强劲的新币到邻近国家旅游探险真是爽呆了，谢谢阅读。

乱讲，逻辑不通。新国的疫情处理非常棒，不会让人有世界末日的感觉，你不生活在新国。疫情后，更多有钱有本事的人进入和留在新国，因为新国对个人生命财产自由安全更有保障。成为新国的永居都难，入籍成为公民更不容易，谁都成为新国人了？？不用等20几年，每隔几年新国都在蜕变，建设越来越符合人性宜居生活。先打预防针赞赞新国政府，然后再胡说八道，呵呵。。。

Heard that M’sia is currently having white rice shortage, local produce off shelves and prices for imported rice are rocket high, also heard GST is going to replace SST soon in M'sia, take care okay......

新闻报纸和电视，大家不敢讲。真的是新加坡气闻：HDB新建的很多房子，也在ponggol。为了好赚。左边一列单位和右边一列单位，中间是走廊。结果？铁栏门不能开！你打开铁栏门，你对面单位就不能完全打开。你对面单位打开他的铁栏门，你就不能完全打开自己的铁栏门。原因是走廊太窄！后来HDB只好叫新加坡人住户，把全部铁栏门拆了，再往单位屋内里装回！政府为了好赚，痛苦！
