I think the price which she told is way too high ... My friend booked a semidetached house in the outskirts of brampton (Pre-construction) in november2020 at 6,10,000 CAD delivery of the house around 2023 starting (Quite ok ) ... finished basement , 4 Rooms with mordern appliances i.e upgraded house...

Canadian houses are made up of wood, and because of climate needs they are the way they are. you can of course make a house like that in India

If at all channel comes it should focus solely on educating buyer and seller on home buying, mortgage. There is no channel as such and majority of agents are out there to do hard selling . So definitely demand is there for such channel for people coming from india
