This house is very practical. Homy and well decorated. It's the perfect practical home. For average style person like me this is heaven. The balance, layout, patterns , textures, colour and continuity of it throughout the house. Wow you have a good taste for decorating. I love it! I would luv to see an update for guest bath.

A frame hall- I desperately need to do this! We don't have nearly enough family pictures and things in our house. I remember seeing at least one of your posts about it before, but it's a project I had sort of forgotten about since we're beginning the process of remodeling our kitchen. If you painted the yellow bathroom in purple, it will update the tile instantly. I used to have a yellow bathroom and I hated it until I painted it purple. Then it was my favorite room!

Hi. Did you hire a contractor to blow out part of your kitchen wall? Did you hire out to construct a gas fireplace? Like the bead board and crown molding you added.
