Quite an elegant house on a large, private lot. All the rooms are spacious, with higher-end fittings and finishes. The kitchen/diner also has space for a sitting area, though I would consider creating a door into the lounge. Having two ensuite bedrooms is a plus.

Hi Gary, I’ve only just discovered your visits to some splendid properties in Swaffham and surrounding areas. However, one thing is really annoying me. Nearly all have gravel in their gardens, parking places and access driveways. It’s like a rash spreading over the County. I’m from Kent and we have more than our fair share of concrete and block paving but as yet, the gravel rash not reached us and I hope it doesn’t. It must tread inside and is a risk to animals, especially dogs if they like retrieving stones. Gripe over, love some of the bungalows. Thanks.
