I seems to be a quiet, semi-rural location. The house has been nicely updated, and there is ample closet space. The lounge is quite small.

It’s cute :) But such tiny communal spaces downstairs for a 3 bed house. With all the doors and stair access in the lounge it looks like you would be lucky to get more than a 2 seater sofa. I’d close off that under stairs cupboard door and access it from the inner hall instead, reclaiming a bit of wall space in the lounge. And also get rid of the door to the inner hallway from the lounge to open up the space ever so slightly. And I’d rather have a kitchen/diner across the full expanse of the back of the house instead of the downstairs loo. But still a cute place :)

Bit expensive for what it is, should have an en-suite, lack of privacy/security at the rear and flying freehold, I’ll pass on this one.
