That apartment is utterly perfect. So hoping you somehow manage to stay there. I’d never leave. Having once lived in NYC for many years, based upon its size and especially its location, it would be worth a figure approaching at least $2,000,000 (£1,500,000)....not including astronomical monthly factoring fees. One thing I’d add would be a couple of strategically placed mirrors to double the already glorious light entering the kitchen and main room. If that roof terrace was in NYC, by now, all the residents would have decked it out with fairy lights, a small garden, Astro turf and loungers. You are so lucky. Fingers crossed you finally find a way to make it your forever home.

The starlink train is hundreds of moving satelittes together. Weve had some great sights in nz! I think you had a planet? Love your flat ..I'm a 53 year old kiwi and I lived in london for 3 years from 1987. My best friends live there now as diplomats and as soon as we can travel again were going! London is my spiritual home !!

Hi Jo loved the house your. Your little flat is so lovely but was eagerly waiting to hear about the 3 pieces of art on your 2 main walls ?The Mood print above your bed. The woman with the mask and Mick Jagger print , which I adore. You have such great taste and and admire your minimalism wish I could emulate. I live in a 1 bed flat in an old building in Toronto with original floors and features. Light is imperative, have views of the Lake ontario and Toronto Skyline but no outside space and have way too much stuff !! So the lockdown has been a great time to " cleanse " and feel better for it! Put everything out on the sidewalk gradually and all was taken by people in the neighborhood!
