Hey Michele, If I could offer some advice. I would only put the wallpaper on the wall you have the sample placed on. If you put it on the other walls there is going to be a lot of outside corners at the openings to the other rooms. Ending wallcoverings at an outside corner is usually not a good idea. I would treat that singular wall as a feature wall and its captured all around by inside corners. That way too it doesn't overwhelm the space. Best! -Raymond

Agreed! It"s a lot of pattern to wrap around the space. But so great to add a fun design element if you are inspired. You can play off the black and white pattern with Black/Gold flatware and gorgeous fluted white plates ...Like the Kaneko Kohyo Rinka Dinnerware Collection on the RWguild website. So gorgeous! That wall paper will also tie in with your living room colors and Chanel Pillows! Lovely placed by the way. Just clean up all the do dads ...tissue box etc. Then the room will start to take on a more dramatic feeling. On the right track! xo

That consul table at the end of the hall would be a beautiful place for tall flowers. There are two Trader Joe’s in Las Vegas, and trader Joe’s is Known for having beautiful very inexpensive flowers. The first time I went to Trader Joe’s and saw the prices of the flowers I was really amazed and extremely happy. After that, I was there every week. And, to keep flowers, keep them away from direct sunlight.

I think it’s great how you are such an early bird! My husband and I are night owls. We have added a treadmill and an elliptical to our home, so we workout daily. We did this during early days of Covid (lockdown) and now love the fact that we can exercise at home with no regard for weather. I love following you on You Tube. Never miss one. Coloring your hair to get rid of grey will help coarseness,I could stand the coarseness with mine,I have dark brown hair like yours and I’m 49. I finally decided to color the grey and so happy I did,not only did it help make it softer but took 10 yrs off. We don’t realize how much grey ages us till we color it. It was just a suggestion,either way you are beautiful!

Perhaps a decorator can assist with the house decor. Beautiful house but it’s important to get the right size of items as your house has so much wall space. Items seemed too small for your walls.

I know you are taking your time with the house and it's so difficult making choices for ourselves and committing ...there always seems to be that elusive "better choice" out there...but..Be brave, go for it . You have that wonderful background in textiles If you have time to shop in NYC, bring along a sample of your sofa's fabric and have a look in Fabric showrooms and ABC for pillows in different forms/ TEXTURE in your colour palette ...lovely mohair blends, wools ,slightly knubbly weaves.... Even with your monochrome style, even if you keep it simple....Love the console and the mirror ( hung a bit too high?) my 2 cents worth (sorry for these very opinionated comments-too much caffeine me thinks)....Love
