Useful, thank you. What do you recommend if estate agents aren't offering a second viewing, and expect offers after the first? The market in my area is very busy, and I'm lucky to get even a first viewing.

How much does viewing online play a part in viewing a property?

Online viewings (as in virtual tours) are great for a first stage evaluaion to help you shortlist (you can also save yourself a lot of time. But you should always physically go and see a property and check out its location before you make an offer and commit.
