Your ongoing wheelchair/power frustrations are unbelievable! I'd be interested to hear what you thought of the Smoov, while you had it on loan, and how it compared to your Smartdrive. I have a Smoov, and I absolutely love it. 🙂

Infuriating. I swear we both have nightmares with our wheelchairs. Mines only running at 60% battery capacity and it only 9 months old. Third fault now that I've needed to get fixed. 🤬 And the motor still making dodgy noise and bloody foot plate loose. 🙄🙄 Tedious medical professionals too. Ugh. I was told I was waiting for OT referral. Rang today and turns out no referral has actually happened yet. Give me strength. lol

9 months old and only running at 60% battery?! That's ridiculous! Ugh. It's not like they're cheap! Oh my goodness! I've had this with appointments too. We shouldn't have to chase in the way we do. I hope your referral gets put through and you aren't waiting long. Xx
