Very promising video... inspired to use the technique on my short film I am shooting now. Hey Ben, do you recommend any specific style of lighting for a scene where the protagonist is dreaming and in the dream he is wandering in a room and watching some photos which reminds him of his guilt(that he humiliated a girl when he was a teenager)? Thanks in advance for answering the question.

Cool video, I feel like you could have achieved better results with a powerful flash and a reflector so you have a really hard light coming through, giving you even more epic light rays

Amazing work dude, really love these vids. They inspire for sure! But even if the setup (living room) is for "free" you still need at least one of those expensive lights and a lens/cam that works in dark environments. So this quickly turns into a really expensive shoot if you don't have that equipment because you don't make a living with photography/creative stuff...
@BenMaclean3 жыл бұрын
I mean you don’t need a super expensive lights to do this, gels cost £10 which you put over a flood light or even a strong torch, and in terms of cameras you can rent something which again cost £25/30 a day max ✌🏼

@@BenMaclean Yeah I agree with that & maybe the UK has better rent options than Germany. Here is renting pretty expensive at least where I live
