I would put the Alocasia in a plastic bag, bright indirect light, keep it warm, and cross your fingers that the corm will create new growth! Don’t give up unless that corm is squishy.

I have found alocasia do better in semi hydro ?? That is a stunning alocasia fingers crossed it thrives x
