Look at 89' before Phil became the Coach, MJ averaged 32, 8, 8. Those are around the same numbers that Lebron averages. MJ could do the same thing if he had the ball more. He can def beat Oladipo, Demar, and a rookie Tatum in the playoffs.

@justsayin6693 жыл бұрын
@@mackdef475 How is Kobe 2nd ahead of LeBron? Kobe is borderline top 10 while LeBron is minimum top 2. I would also put Bird and Hakeem in the top 5 ahead of Kobe and Duncan. You can claim that LeBron lost to inferior competition in the 2009 Magic and 2014 Spurs, but that wasn't how it played out. The team support that LeBron actually recieved in the 2009 ECF and 2014 Finals was inferior compared to the competition that he was playing against. LeBron played great individually in those series', but his team just didn't come along. You can argue that LeBron beating the 73-9 Warriors while leading both teams in ppg, apg, rpg, spg and bpg for the series (the only player to ever do that in any playoff round) made LeBron the GOAT. You can also argue that this 2018 playoff run and winning the assist title and NBA title in the same season in 2019-20 made LeBron the GOAT. Idk how you can claim that Kobe is greater than LeBron though, I don't understand any angle that you can try to take. LeBron is better than Kobe in every overall category (scoring, passing, rebounding and defending). It's really not even close. You are significantly overrating Kobe by having him 2nd and you are significantly underrating LeBron by having him 6th. It's more like LeBron 1st or 2nd and Kobe 8th-12th. I would have Duncan outside of the top 5 as well even as a Spurs fan.

@canWego Backintime that's true, very true. Tbh that finals loss to the mavs was significant enough to actually make an impact on lebron's career. He went cold lmao. On another note, that was the heat trio's first year together. BUT still i have to agree with you. They were the better team, and they got their arses whooped that year. Though I wouldn't say lebron had a better team than mj. Everyone in mj's team complemented and adjusted in every way to become an effective team that beat every solid team. Lebron may have had dwade, but dwade regressed during that heat era coz of lebron and cb was "sorta" being left out of that trio. Just to clarify- I dont think lebron is the goat, MJ proved that with all his allocades and fucking bonus of hard earned 6 championship titles. All I wanted to point out was that Lebron didnt really have a solid team (except for the heat, 14'-17' cavs) all through out his career and hope that you'd understand that tho. 🙌

This version of Lebron is hands down the best NBA Player I ever witnessed on television…. This guy was making threes and dominating the paint and defending everyone on a lock down level…. The fadeaways from every possible angle, off the wrong foot. While on the run… and this team was put together at the all star break…. I watched joker win mvp last year and they said cause he kept his team afloat (6th seed) without his best teammates being injured… well in 2018 Lebron lost Kyrie and the player they got ended up being a bust so they got nothing and Lebron got them to the 4th seed?… idk man… it usually takes teams years to look this good…. But when Lebron is the captain, literally anything is possible and if that’s not a goat, idk what is

So grateful House of Highlights that you put this LeBron "God Mode" 1st round highlights video, in chronological order. To show to the people that didn't witness this god tier performance, on how impactful LeBron was.. on a possession by possession basis. If LeBron wasn't perfect on any defensive read, and then didn't execute off of that read. Cleveland lost that possession, and inevitably, would lose that game. Everything came together so seamlessly for LeBron during this run. Now his will, finally matched his improved skill, and supreme athleticism. Now he knew how to set a tone, and impose his will on opposing teams. Even if they were, the better team (which I believe Indiana, Toronto, and Boston were). I've never seen one man dominate a team(s)like LeBron did during this playoff run. It felt as though he had control of all the nine other players on the court, when he had possession of the ball. So glad I was able to witness greatness, at a level I'd never seen before. And probably will never see again.

Hope people don't compare prime lebron to year 18, 19, and 20 lebron. Prime lebron is special and yet a lot of expectations to the goat, haters want him to be perfect every single night and yet no matter the outcomes positive or negative they will say something bad about him.
