You know what I really like about the lyrics? The alliteration or repeating letters gives a hypnotic feel, which fits nicely in a song about dreams. “...a Frozen Faction Fading...” “...paper Sailboat Swallowed by the Sea...” The quiet sound of crashing waves at the beginning really adds a nice touch as well.

I remember jumping in a pool in a dream. It was like 500 ft. deep, I did not even struggle. It was so deep that any effort to get out would have been futile. I just wondered around at the bottom until everything when black. It was oddly calming, but kinda depressing at the same time.

In my dream I fell in the pool and after some time I stopped breathing. Scared me because it felt real.. (spoiler alert: it was real) I opened my eyes after a bit and my face was stuffed into my pillow. I couldn't move my body, and 2 words popped up in my head at that moment: Sleep Paralysis. Tried screaming but nothing sounded. Tried tilting my head just the slightest bit, but nothing happened. So there I was stuck suffocating slowly and painfully while sleep paralysis held me still. Of course, I survived, because how else would you be reading this comment? I eventually was able to shift my head a little to the side and breathe. I started moving my arms again and wasn't able to sleep the entire night because I was sweaty and scared. Welp there's my dream and sort of a twist on your "pool" topic
